Writing a Business Letter
Read the following scenario:
You work at Greenhouse Gardening, and your boss has asked you to confirm the catering services for the upcoming staff celebration. Write a business letter that includes the necessary information the caterer will need to know regarding the event. Be sure to include appropriate details, such as dates, times, the setting of the meeting, the attendees, and any other necessary information, to ensure a successful experience.
Complete the following tasks:

• Draft a business letter using the format discussed in the reading and the lesson presentation.
• Exchange your draft with a classmate, family member, or a friend who should edit it using the Track Changes feature.
• The person editing the letter must provide at least five comments or suggestions on your letter.
• Create a final copy of the business letter and submit it along with the edited draft.
• In a separate Word document, reflect on the writing process, the benefits of using the process, and how you can use it in your personal and professional lives.
