Globalization of world's economy has driven many organizations to develop collaborative configurations in which teams of workers from various regions collaborate in synchronous and asynchronous settings. Such virtual teams are not, though, immune to challenges of navigating cultural issues and work styles. Leadership should take into account not only geographic and time differences, but also interpersonal dynamics which may be culturally-derived.

Create set of best practices for leadership of cross-cultural, virtual teams. Let the following problems in the design:
