Write a six to eight page paper in which you-

Create a profile of the perfect leader for the company you researched in which you define the most appropriate leadership characteristics in terms of leadership style as well as interpersonal forms of power and how these characteristics impact organizational performance.

2. On the basis of your research, examine the organizational stressors (for example task demands, role demands, physical demands as well as interpersonal demands) to determine their likely effect on organizational performance as well as how those stressors could be addressed.

3. Examine critical elements for effective group as well as work team performance to determine the steps you would take to develop an effective team or else work group within the company you researched.

4. Identify potential sources of struggle within the group or work team. Compute the five fight management styles (for example collaborating, competing, compromising, avoiding, accommodating) as well as explain which style of conflict management is utmost appropriate for the potential sources of conflict described above.

5. Determine potential barriers to communication, how these barriers may influence group and work team performance and two recommendations for addressing them. Use at least three quality references.
