Write a simple two-page report about the working as an office coordinator in the Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates.

The job training took three weeks six hours per day from March 6, 2016 to March 24, 2016. The job description and tasks as follow:

First week (Human Resources Dept.):

1. Recorded and updated employees' attendance.

2. Recorded and updated the consulate vehicles' movements.

Second week (Administrative Assistant)

1. Welcomed visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and answered or referred inquiries

2. Issued Ratifications

3. Issued visas for Diplomates who are planning to travel back to UAE

Third week (UAE Representative in The Organization of Islamic Cooperation)

1. Translated and printed documents that are issued by the organization and send them to the Consulate
Last two days (Secretary for the Consular Office)

1. Provided secretarial/administrative support to the Chief and other members of the Consular section.

2. English Interpreter for the Chief and other members of the Consular section.
