1. Describe the organization(any organization you are invoved or familiar with) with enough detail that someone (your professor) who is not familiar with the organization has enough background information to follow your analysis.

2. Define organization development and fully justify and explain your defination i.e why shoud we adop your defination. recommend your conduct some additionall research on this topic.

3. Anallyze the organization with 6 elements of organizational devlopment discussed in class.

4. And provide improvement for atleast 3 elements.

5. Reccomendation includes transformation leadership and asspects of creativity and innovation.
