Write a proposal on the following subject

You work for an audio visual company called AOVL. The company has thousands of dollars worth of audio and visual equipment in their main building. AOVL's current method of keeping the equipment safe is simply lock and key in a secure room. A rival audio visual company recently had a robbery and thousands of dollars of their equipment had been stolen. As a precaution, your company has asked you to head a project to develop the security of AOVL's main building. The company feels that iris scanning technology is the approach they would like to take toward keeping their equipment safe. The budget for the increased security measures for the building is 10,000. What is the best solution based on the various types of iris scanners available to companies within the allotted price range?

" Present the possibilities - this section covers the pros and cons of each possibility. The reader should have the opportunity to decide whether to adopt x, y or z; accept the proposal or leave the situation as it currently stands.

" Conclude with a strong proposal / recommendation - a well thought out and extensive explanation of the choice being proposed, insightful answers to any anticipated objections and applicable facts and figures to support the case are crucial.
