Workplace scenario. Please review and provide the requested information for parts A and B.

Recently, you and four other members of your team have been increasingly aware of personal disagreements and unspoken resentments among others on the team. There is no official procedure to handle such problems. You realize that, not only is productivity (personal and collective) suffering, but that everyone appears to be unhappy with the declining working conditions that these disagreements have created. You can assume whatever position you desire within the team. You want to demonstrate to your supervisor that you have management skills.  

A. Draft an email to your supervisor describing the problem

B. You are the supervisor and you received the email describing the problem, now compose an email to the workers on how to handle this situation.
