Wondering at what point a stronger dose is needed? Female starting 3.75mg of Qsymia today along with a doc monitered liquid and protein bar 800 cal. Diet. Turned 55 and hunger this winter hit the roof! 5'9" and active but weight hit 220! I'm told I look thin! at 190. Ha the bar gets lowered after age 50 for sure. 180 would be better here's praying for a miracle 40 lbs weight loss.Has anyone increased the dosage Qsymia?
