On the pill but worried about becoming pregnant?

I have been on the pill Natazia for a little over a year. I take it everyday at the same time and have not missed any pills. i am always so scared of becoming pregnant. my boyfriend and i the other day had sex for maybe 3 mins without a condom but he didnt ejaculate. Do i have a chance of being pregnant or am i just being worried for nothing? i cant get over being so paranoid, any advice to help me stop worrying so much? i know the pill is 99% effect when used correctly and i do?
