With the ever-more-present globalization trend, we need to fully understand what international labor is all about. This will enlighten the way we conduct business in an international world. We also need to understand part of the history to make better decisions based on very different labor laws that we find outside our realms. That is the reason I would like to explain how globalization first started with a direct relationship with Labor???
