With an information letter report for your client, summarize all that you can find out about the service you are investigating. The report should provide information without extensive analysis or recommendations. Remain objective - do not include personal opinion. The purpose of this report is to establish your credibility with your client as a knowledgeable report writer. The summary at the end of this letter style report can mention (very briefly) the direction you are suggesting for further investigation.

Format:

Follow the Letter Report format shown in the text on pages 267 - 270. Make a corporate name, address and logo for your research company. Use appropriate section headings to organize your information into a logical sequence.
