2. Examine and delimits each issue
3. Illustrate the different strategic options
4. Execute the action program
5. Estimate its program in terms of reaching organization goals.
Describe detailed condition where you have used these steps in your current or previous organization.
Why is it very important that during crisis management proceeds in proper way? Can you describe a real life world crisis which took place while you were the manger, or actions which you have observed from manger? Describe what took place and how it affected organization.
These are the element of siege mentality, surprise, escalating events, inadequate information, loss of control, increased outside scrutiny, and panic.
Consider crisis which the organization went through and describe two or three warning signs it may have got. Was organization able to effectively manage the crisis?
