Scenario:

Clyde Edwards is a 23 year old male white. Clyde has been arrested several times and has two convictions for misdemeanor battery to two separate victims. Clyde has two children from his on and off girlfriend, Lindie Greene.

Shirley DePew lives at 1414 Rose Lane in Wayne City, Indiana. On June 14th at 3:30 p.m., Shirley was home sick from work. Her house was closed up and she heard a knock at the door. Shirley remained in bed and ignored it. A few minutes later, she heard glass break. She grabbed her cell phone and hid in a bathroom. She observed a male white in his 20s ransack the house as she looked through a crack in the door.

Shirley called 911after the suspect left the residence. The police were arrived after the suspect left and started a criminal investigation. The investigation yielded Probable Cause to arrest Clyde Edwards and he is arrested and charged with Burglary.
