Patient Is A 25 year Old , Male With Obesity (Weight 97kg Height 5'11) With Untreated Hypertension For Last 7-8 Years Leading To Left Ventricular Hypertrophy And With Development Of Left Sided Weakness Esp. Of Upper & Lower Limbs For The Last 7-8 Days. B.P - 180/110 mmHg.

Investigations - CBC , RFT , Serum Ca , Na & Cl ,LFT, Thyroid Profile , Fasting Lipid Profile - All Are Normal

Echocardiography - LVH everything else is normal i.e Ejaction Fraction , Valves etc

NCCT Head - Normal Study
