To be a skilled learner, you must be a skilled thinker. To learn most effectively in the context of college, you must take charge of your learning. You must design it-plan it out. You plan learning by becoming clear as to what your goals are, what questions you have to-or want to-answer, what information you need to acquire, what concepts you need to learn, what you need to focus on, and how you need to understand it.
