When I'm in the sun my skin gets to itching, peeling, and white spots appear on my arm. I don't even have to be in the sun for a long time and all this happens. However when I carry my umbrella I am perfectly fine and nothing seem to happen to my skin.

Why does my skin itch, peel and have white patch spots when I'm in the sun to long?
