As the workers must pass the oral standardized tests in order to advance to the next level.
Level 1: Concentrates on general knowledge of a company, with limited processing instructions.
Level 2: Focuses more on the manufacturing procedures and the ability to track and maintain product quality.
Level 3: Focuses on advanced knowledge of injection molding and the ability to use this information on the manufacturing floor.
