Theories to Motivate Employee Groups

An organization has three types of employees: salespeople, production workers, and administrative staff. I have selected Equity Theory (Adams) for salespeople, Expectancy Theory (Vroom) for production workers, and ERG Theory (Aldefer) for administrative staff as the most effective theories to motivate these employee groups. If I am right, what would be some discussion points for each? If I am wrong in my selections, what motivation theory would apply to each employee group?
