Who wouldn't want to see the seven wonders of the world and get paid for it? I love the complexity of accounting and especially international tax standards, which invokes my hunger for a career of analyzing and completing puzzles. I grew up around the corner from my family's accountant, she worked from home and just really left a good impression on me. I invasion myself as an International Accountant overseeing a team after many long years of working for a company like Ernst & Young. The stability and benefits that come with being an accountant, in general, are well worth your time and effort if you're a numbers person like myself. Having the flexibility of being able to go anywhere in the world that has one of our offices is truly a dream come true. I know that I will have to work my way up to a lofty position, in their company before they allow me to travel internationally to oversee, fix, or find solutions to better operations.
There is nothing like knowing that you're working long and hard, support your family. That's why stability in a career is a legitimate concern for everyone, and accounting offers a stable employment amidst economic fluctuations, because of its necessity in business. After digging into the reasonable salary and benefits, I found myself pleased. The average accounting firm gives employees, medical, dental and vision or life insurance. Depending on your education, experience, work ethic and if there are some higher caliber accounting companies in your area also, all of those perks were just for the average firm and even more are available if you could make it into any of the big companies like Ernst & Young, which have exclusive benefits like the salary sacrifice car scheme, annual three weeks' vacation minimum, with three paid days off, and prolonged disability insurance.

You can compress work weeks, also, to support and practice day-to-day flexibility so that you have what you need to succeed in your career and your personal life. During vacation days I would personally love to travel with my wife and baby girl collecting those precious moments, in countries and cities that we wouldn't otherwise be able to experience.
Continuously I would have to stay up dated on all of the upcoming tax standards, for U.S. GAAP, GAAP, and the merging of IFRS. Team Manager will be supervising the financial consolidations and reporting a portfolio. For companies spanning from start-ups to mature businesses that operate in over thirty countries across North America, Africa, Latin America and Asia. Those prepared and reviewed monthly financial statements, fluctuation analysis and other analysis, go to the business unit leaders. Having to build relationships with those various number of clients, identifying opportunities proactively, being transparent with them, learn how to keep them comfortable if that's by researching about their cultures, or just asking about their likes and dislikes.
