The Course subject: International Relations

The Requirements:

Please answer each problem with two well developed paragraphs and well supported paragraphs.

The required book is:

American Foreign Policy: History, Politics, and Policy 5th Edition, Although I don’t think you require to purchase the actually book, however you can read on internet what’s this book is all about, so would assist answering the first problem, other than that you don’t need the book, basically those problems based on the preparer point of view.

problem1: What ultimate lessons can you draw from our textbook for today's world?  What advice, if you will, do you take away from the authors, and why?

problem2: Can the US act as an honest broker in the Mid-East?  If yes why, if not why not?

problem 3: As we look back through the whole course, what prospect issues do you see rising for the US regarding:

1) The development of China

2) The European Union (and why do you think especially - but not exclusively - American commentators seem to focus exclusively on Asia as the "future?"

3) The US and the Muslim world.

What resolutions would you offer and WHY???

problem 4: What faults - if any - do you see in the way the UN Security Council works/the way it is constructed, etc?  Why?
