CEO of company has been very frustrated with what has been happening in organization lately. In recent managers meeting he said, "Everyone around this place presently follows status quo. No one ever has any exclusive ideas on how we can build this organization better. You only sit here and wait for me to offer you directions on what to do. Then you go after those directions word for word with no asking any problems or making any enhancements. We require altering this outlook and changing it rapidly". He then indicated each of group members and said, "You are in charge of fixing this and want a strategy to fix this on my desk in one week"

The CEO has developed a group to examine possible causes and to recognize suggestions to overcome what he sees as harmful to organizations success. You have been chosen to be a member of this group.
