What should be the foundation of intelligence testing? Please discuss the original definition of intelligence as suggested by Binet, including the intelligence quotient (IQ) that is the result of this theoretical construct. What do you believe are the challenges to the definition of intelligence made by Gardner, Spearman and others? My final request is your evaluation of which definition(s) should be the basis of intelligence testing.

I have used Anastasi, A., & Urbina, S. (1997). Psychological testing. (7 ed.). New York: Prentice Hall for most of my homework assignments, but for this particular assignment, Anastasi & Urbina is somewhat useless.
