On average flow units visit the eight minute activity and visit the three minute activity. Resource B is included in only one activity, which takes it fifteen minutes and flow units visit an average of 1.0 times. There are two units of resource A as well as one unit of resource B.

What is the theoretical capacity of every resource pool? If the throughput of the process is three flow units an hour what is the capacity use of each resource pool?
