Pick a company that requires a highly specialized work force. You can select a company that you have worked for or can interview an individual who works for a firm that meets this criteria. Your paper should provide an overview of the company, the nature of the skills required to produce the products or services, and projections at the county, state, and national level about where people with that skill set are available and the number of people. 

While it is not required to interview someone from the company, the context and information they would provide will improve your labour market assessment.

This should be a 2,000 word academic analysis paper. The questions you are trying to answer are:

1.What is the skills required to keep the company running?

2. Where are those skills found?

3. What are the long term prospects for those skills?
