Daily Vitamin D requirements for newborn through 51 years of age  (without evidence of a deficiency) can be obtained by drinking 2 cups of Vitamin-D fortified fat-free milk daily. The human body contains more calcium than any other mineral.  Daily requirements vary with age. Ex: 0-6 months need 210 mg, while a child 4-8 years old needs 800 mg.
