What is the harmful factor in the relation of management and workers?

This results into dissatisfaction in the minds of workforce and distrust in the direction of management that, in turn, introduces inefficiency and require of co-operation through the worker’s side. Therefore, if no systematic way exists for bringing employee’s complaints or grievances to surface, they might pile up and explode in an industrial dispute.
