What kind of issues would you face if you were given an assignment to Japan? What would you do to prepare?

Have diversity awareness programs in your organization been successful? If so, what changes have you seen? If not, what do you think is preventing it? If you have not been a part of these programs, what do you think would be necessary for one to be successful?

There have been several challenges in the court systems regarding the legality of affirmative action plans. If and when these challenges have the result in weakening affirmative action programs in organizations, what affects do you think that will have on the prospects of women and minorities in the future?
