What information do you need?

Choose a sport event that interests all the group members. Try to find some references of conducted customer satisfaction studies to help you in your work. Introduce the event briefly at the beginning of your report and create a plan how to evaluate the customer satisfaction within different spectator groups.

The minimum requirement is that you answer the following questions:

What are the main spectator groups that you can identify in this event?
