What I find interesting about this is the fact that there is a sender and a receiver. Often the sender believes their message will be fully communicated and understood, but this is certainly not always the case. When I worked in the tech industry one of my biggest frustrations was the press releases that companies would send out regarding new product or feature launches. These releases would be so nebulous and technical and not get to the point of HOW this feature would help consumers. As a consumer, I don't care about the feature and how it was developed; tell me how it works and can help me.
