What Happens in a 'Convention Minute"?

Have you ever heard someone speak about a 'New York Minute'? If you are unfamiliar with the term; a 'New York Minute' is an instant in which everything happens at once. It was coined in the 1960s presumably in Texas to describe the hectic life style of the city vs their laid back way of doing things. For a visual of it, think of 'Amelie' the movie, there is a very good sequence of everything that is happening in Paris in an instant.

In Convention Business, everything can feel like a 'New York Minute,' it is exciting, always changing, fast paced and sometimes very stressful. No matter what, it appears as if all happens at once.  For this module's assignment you are asked to write a story; a story about what happens during a convention in a 'Convention Minute.' The objective of the assignment is to show how well you understood the materials reviewed on this chapter, so make sure you include as many concepts reviewed as possible.

The story has to be proof read, well structured, and interesting. It must show your control over the materials and include as many facets of the business as possible. I do not do page limits or minimums (this is not high school anymore). However, be advised that assignments are expected to be well researched and professional. On the fly, short (less than a page, or a few paragraphs) submissions are unacceptable. I take pride on the work I do for this class, and I wish to provide you with the best learning experience possible; that is why I try to make assignments engaging and interesting.
