What does universal ethical standards mean to you?   Are you in support or in opposition of the universal approach; why?  

Discuss and debate the following ethical issue with your fellow classmates from the textbook reading.  "It's not okay to steal paper from the office supply store...but it's perfectly fine to 'borrow' supplies from the storage closet at work to use at home. Why?  The company owes me a bigger salary" (Kelly & Williams, 2015, p. 52).
