Time constraints rewriting new topic, and full literature review to conceptualize theories that align with gaps, researching and reading. Sometimes suffering from anxiety that interrupts focus. I have had to make adjustment in my work environment from home to the library or on the lanai when the weather permits.

Understanding the flow of dissertation and its process that takes an enormous sacrifice of time and focus suggest that anxiety is par for the course as well as exciting. A recent study of the dissertation process shows the positive angle by Csikszentmihalyi who argues for the possibility of enjoying the dissertation process by controlling one's inner life.

I realized that skills necessary for dissertation are being produced through a continuous check and editing process overseen by experienced professional such as Dr. Rowell, Methodologist and Content Expert.

The feedback and follow-up process is essential to building skills in research, writing, and theory that strengthens and prepares the prospectus forthe proposal.
