c. How would you describe your authentic self?

d. What are your most deeply held values? How do your values inform your actions, possibly providing an ex?

e. What motivates you extrinsically and intrinsically? How do you balance extrinsic and intrinsic motivation in your life?

f. What kind of support team do you have?

g. What does being authentic mean in your life? Have you ever paid a price for your authenticity as a leader?

h. What steps have you taken to develop your authentic leadership? (George et al., 2007, p. 134)
