What are the arguments for and against the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)? Where do you stand, and why? Give your opinions, specifically, with respect to the text exs. Also, find an article where a company failed miserably in dealing with their own CSR or perhaps their CEO failed to maintain his own companies code of conduct and ethical behavior.

Required: Be sure to bring in sources from other than your textbook. Articles from business magazines such as the Wall St. Journal, Harvard Business Review, Business Week, Fortune, or Forbes magazines are good sources. Some of these publications are available to you free through the Edison's library databases which you can access on line.
