We compose a reality tv series episode (given it's supposed to be a TV pilot of some sort)like survivor lol - but where three humanitarian couples from different backgrounds, six contestants total, compete by traveling to different countries by random selection (in the show it'll be a lotto-pick, in reality we will decide the countries).

The goal or mission of the show is to see how much information each couple can obtain about each country they visit AND must engage in or create at least one activist cause to help the locals while they're there. The couples must also engage in at least one peculiar, unusual, or unfamiliar ritual in the country. The catch - each couple only has one week to do this!!

The pilot series will 'hypothetically' be 12 one-hour long episodes. Every three episodes (documenting snippets of one week's time) will present a new country adventure for each couple - which means each couple will be documented visiting four countries - every episode will display the adventures of all three couples.

Please select a country of choice and even create a unique couple from interesting backgrounds. We only have to write the pilot so we're creating the backstory and start of adventures for these couples, we don't have to finish them!

Ideally, if we each write about 400 words focusing on our couple and their country + adventures, we'll reach an average 1200 WC. I will write the introduction and format the beginning of our pilot script - I'll also pick my country and do a little research so I have material to work with. I think this may be easier and more fun than wrecking our brains over what fictitious news or culture stories to create - b/c even that requires research! Let me know what you guys think.(For this assignment, I've chosen Japan)
