We are still in a "buyers' market" for real estate even though the economy is improving as there is still an over-supply of homes for sale and buyers are making extreme concessions to move the property such as offering additional incentives such as top end appliances, cars, furniture, etc. Has this phenomena changed the negotiating rules or are they still applicable when involved in distributive bargaining?
