These models enable the business to structurally provides an easy overview of customers’ needs as a clear brief that can support the company in its designing process. Also It matches each specific customer job with a certain function of the product or service, each expected gain with a gain creator by the product. Then the hypothesis testing results at the end should match the core of the vlaue propositon section.
