(1) Imagine someone from another planet, who has no prior knowledge of Earth or the many cultures that exist within it, were to ask you about the American culture. Explain in a couple paragraphs how you would describe the "American" culture to them. (Noted, there are many different types of cultures within the U.S ... However, try to explain the culture of the U.S. on a macro level).

(2) Now imagine if this same "being" were to ask a member from a culture other than America the same question. Doing your best to take on the perspective of an individual who has not grown up in America, nor visited America before, how do you think they would explain the American culture? (Try your best to imagine how other cultures outside of the U.S. view our society)

*It is okay if you are not originally from the United States. Do your best to imagine what it would be like if you would have been born in the U.S..
