Answers must be complete and comprehensive using complete paragraphs/sentence structure and English grammar.

1. DO NOT summarize the case for me again, as I know what it is about. Focus on identifying the PRIMARY PROBLEM and the a forementioned questions of primary problem discussion.

2. APPLY & REFER concepts and recommended Venture Capital firm/Entrepreneur information guidelines from Pre-Case Study reading towards answering the Case Study questions.
