Utilize the same case as the last exercise "Finning International" for this exercise. Remember that we started the analysis phase last week utilizing Porters Six-Forces (used to be Five Forces until stakeholders was added) model as the center piece in a strategic analysis. For exercise, describe/analyze elements of "strategy shaping factors", "environmental analysis", "key success factors", and the "Boston consulting group model" as they apply to this case. Use what the case gives you to describe each listed model. In this exercise, you begin building the center portion of Porter's Six Forces (THE FIRM) by analyzing all aspects of the company.
