Using the Nadler-Tushman Congruence Model, conduct an analysis on PetMeds' outputs.

Using the Nadler-Tushman Congruence Model, I need assistance in conducting an analysis on PetMeds' outputs; keeping in mind that outputs exist at the individual, group and organizational levels and that there are often differences between the outputs an organization specifies in its strategic plans and those that are actually achieved; please assist me with the following:

1. Identify PetMeds' key outputs and justify why they are the most important to your analysis; keeping in mind that outputs are frequently quantified as turnover rates or sales volume, for example.

2. Evaluate the quality of the fit between outputs. How do the various outputs affect each other?

3. What problems/synergies do you see that are created by conflict/coordination of outputs? Please be sure to cite your sources and provide a bibliography for each reference if possible.
