1) Use truncated replication method to determine the 95% confidence interval for the cycle times of each part type. Use 10 replications with 10,000 minutes for each replication, and 3000 minutes as warm-up.

2) Use Batch mean method to determine the 95% confidence interval for the cycle times of each part type. Use 1 replication of 100,000 minutes and 3000 minutes as warm-up.

3) Comparing the results in (1) and (2), which method provides better estimate in terms of small confidence interval?
