He makes $12.35 per hour. He is eligible to purchase insurance for the children at a rate of $150.00 per month. He does not belong to a union. Jennifer is a paralegal for a local law firm. She has worked for the firm for 5 years and currently earns $55,000 per year. Jennifer and Ted have agreed that Jennifer will get physical custody of the kids and Ted will get standard visitation.
