Purpose
You need to write up to a 2,500 - 3000 word technology assessment report for the Dumnonia corporation. Your report must include an implementation guide for Dumnonia.
The report relates to the implementation of k-anonymity as a model for protecting privacy for Dumnonia.
Your report will need to look at:
- the technology solutions that can be employed to implement k-anonymity within Dumnonia
- development of an implementation guide for Dumnonia to show k-anonymity can be implemented.
Instructions
For this assessment, you have been interviewing Dumnonia staff and who have the following information from your interviews:
Caradoc - CEO - Interview notes based upon the use of k-anonymity by Dumnonia from an organisational perspective. Interview notes will be released via the FutureLearn platform;
Guinevere - CIO - Interview notes based upon the use of k-anonymity and implementation of k-anonymity for Dumnonia. This interview will be a technical perspective. Interview notes will be released via the FutureLearn platform;
Constantine - CSO - Interview notes based upon the implementation of k-anonymity for Dumnonia. This interview will be a technical perspective. Interview notes will be released via the FutureLearn platform;
You will need to undertake additional research based upon questions that may come out of the interviews.

The report structured in the following way:
- Executive Summary of your report findings (250 words);
- Organisational Drivers for Dumnonia (250 words)
- Discussion of the organisational drivers for Dumnonia relating to the implementation of k-anonymity;
- Technology Solution Assessment (1500 words)
- Detailed assessment of the technologies that Dumnonia have selected on how to implement k-anonymity as a model for protecting privacy;
- K-anonymity Implementation Guide (1000 words)
- An organisational guide for Dumnonia to implement k-anonymity across their organisation to protect the privacy of organisational data.
