Undertake Systems based analysis, including:

i. Developing a systems based diagnosis of the ‘situation';

ii. Analyse one or more processes which are considered to be problematic form the diagnosis, using a range of Systems constructs;

iii. Consider the role of information in both (i.) the process (es), and in (ii.) the control of the process (es);

iv. Construct a proposal for change, including:

v. Outline the changes that you would propose to make. This must be thorough, well researched, practical and related to your analysis (above)

vi. Analyse the cost - benefits of your proposed systems change;

vii. Analyse the resources in (i.) the new process, (ii.) the process of changing one or more processes (e.g. knowledge, skills, time, money, etc)

viii. Identify the types of intervention you consider would be required to ensure that the change will work in practice.

ix. Evaluate the System Approach to consulting work.

x. Develop a short self reflection on what knowledge you need to develop, in order to improve as a management practitioner when undertaking Systems change.
You should keep your thinking and expression a deeply personal account whereby you: (i.) apply the systems based methods, (ii.) critique your findings that result from the application of the systems based approach.
