Training Proposal Package

Description

You will prepare it in two main parts: (1) a research-based proposal for training in a specific area written for a specific supervisor; and (2) a lesson plan with objectives, materials, and activities.

The entire final document must be written for a specific audience who can act on the information in the proposal. The body of your project (proposal and lesson plan) should be at least 10 single-spaced pages long (with integrated visuals). Use a minimum of eight sources (at least five of which are academic secondary sources).

The following list offers some guidance for developing a topic for the Training Proposal Package assignment.

• Write a proposal for a current or past supervisor that argues for the need to implement a sexual harassment training program in the military. Include a complete lesson plan with objectives, materials, activities, and assessments.

Required Length and Style

The training proposal package has a required minimum length of 5,000 words (10 single-spaced pages).

It should follow American Psychological Association (APA) documentation style and include a minimum of eight sources (at least five of which are academic secondary sources).
