Topic Paper
The Topic Paper is a brief theme paper. The Topic Paper must be overwhelmingly yours.
Requirements: In three pages (at least 3 but no more than 5 pages not including the cover sheet and reference page), research and discuss the American Correctional Association (ACA) from its beginning.
Include the profound impact the association has had on prisoner rights and its influence on the field of corrections.
Research other organizations like the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Association of State Correctional Administrators, American Jail Association, and any other you find in the textbook.
How have these contributed to correctional reform also? Use your index in your textbook to find information to use in this research.
