To prepare for the Module 8 Critical Thinking assignment, please view the following video twice. The first time, just watch it. Then, review the video a second time and jot down any thoughts that you may want to recall later:

WWF: Change the Way You Think About Your Laptop

Now return to this week's required reading and carefully review the closing case: The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF)

For this Critical Thinking assignment, you will create a 5+ slide PowerPoint presentation that meets the following requirements:

•A title slide that meets Saudi Electronic University standards for PowerPoint.

•A slide that graphically depicts how the WWF's strategy has changed over time:

?In the slide's note section, include 2 to 3 paragraphs of in-depth discussion on how and why WWF's strategy changed. Ensure that citations are clear and properly formatted.

•A slide that includes the power/interest grid outlined in Figure 5.5 of the Grant and Jordan textbook, with up to four key stakeholders mapped to the grid:

?In the slide's note section, include 2 to 3 paragraphs that provide depth on the identification of the stakeholders and your reasoning for the level of interest and power mapping of each. You may have to make assumptions to carry out the stakeholder analysis; document the assumptions in the notes section and clarify the reasoning.

•A slide that contains Oster's Six Forces model, as depicted in Figure 5.4 of the Grant and Jordan textbook, with ONE of the boxes expanded to include your understanding of WWF's current situation. Choose the box that you wish to develop.

Note: A review of Chapter 2 and the structural determinants of Porter's Five Forces of Competition may be helpful to advance your thinking:

?In the slide's note section, include 2 to 3 paragraphs that provide a more in-depth view on the effectiveness of applying Oster's Six Forces model to the not-for-profit context.

•Reference list slide(s).

Note: Your submission should be formatted according to Saudi Electronic University academic writing standards and APA style guidelines. Font size, bulleted items, and graphics should be of a quality appropriate for large audience presentations. Lengthier explanations or text should be presented in the notes sections, along with citations.
