To complete this week's S.M.A.R.T. goals assignment please include all of the following elements:

Step 1: Develop 5 goals you either have or would like to have.
*these are my 5 goals*

1. I would love to obtain a college degree

2. a college degree would be beneficial to further my career

3. I plan to set time aside (at least 4 days a week) to study, complete assignments & homework

4. I plan to spend less time shopping and talking on the phone

5. I began working towards my goal on February 3, 2016

Step 2: Re-write each of your established goals from Step 1 using the S.M.A.R.T. Goal format; (See the example in the Quick

Reference Notes in the VIP2 Toolbox).

Step 3: Write summary of how re-writing your goals in S.M.A.R.T. goal format changed the way you look at the goals. Your summary should have between 500 - 750 words (approximately 2 - 3 pages) using Microsoft Word.

Be sure to include all three steps in your assignment.
