General Instructions for Learning Activities (LAs):
LA 1 & 2: Read/watch all assigned materials listed for the week in Course Content. Cite to these materials with in-text citations in all responses you post to these LAs.
Create a separate posting for each LA, i.e., one post for LA 1, a separate post for LA 2.
PLEASE DO NOT USE ATTACHMENTS.
Label each LA with appropriate titles, such as "LA 1" and "LA 2", etc. and your name. Label each part of each LA.
LAs are to be written in paragraph format with appropriate in text citations in APA format. Review How to Use APA in Content.
Discussion 1 & 2: Respond to at least one colleague for each LA. Respond substantively and comprehensively and interactively so as to promote further discussion. Use in-text cites in APA format, as needed.

Agency
In April 2015, Collector appointed Ageless Antiques, a licensed antique dealership, as agent to find and purchase antique baby grand pianos manufactured by Steinway between 1880-1900 to add to Collector's collection.
Write the agency contract to reflect this agreement between Collector and Ageless Antiques. POST THIS CONTRACT EXAMPLE ONLY in Assignment Folder in the slot named, "Agency Contract, Wk 6". Do not post the contract example in Discussion area.
DO not use a standard form contract from the internet. This is a simple contract; please write it directly using the facts given and the necessary terms.

In August, 2015, Ageless Antiques found an antique Steinway baby grand piano manufactured in 1890, but kept the piano to sell in the Ageless shop rather than selling it to Collector.
In May, 2015, Ageless Antiques bought on behalf of Collector an antique baby grand piano manufactured in 1880 by Grant Company.
